Booking: four lines to the desk, one check before she sets off
There is no form on this site. A booking is a short conversation on WhatsApp or Telegram with Romilly, who holds the desk at every hour, and it usually runs to four messages.

In writing, before she leaves: the full name the reservation carries, the hotel, and the room number. A private address is confirmed the same way. After that she travels.

What the desk needs, and what it never wants
Four things and a single check. It does not want your home address, your employer or your date of birth. Nothing is held on file, and the thread is the only record of the evening.
Arriving
She arrives as your guest, crosses the lobby, takes the lift and knocks. Nobody behind a desk plays any part in it. If you would rather meet downstairs, she will be in the bar at the agreed time.
Journeys run from twenty minutes inside a shared postcode to forty across the zone. Flats and houses in districts like Marylebone are visited on the same terms, with the street, the block and the floor in place of a room number.
Moving it, or standing it down
One line does either. Three hours of warning and there is nothing to settle. Under two hours, half the figure holds. A door nobody opens costs all of it. Every booking carries a quarter of an hour of slack for the meeting that overran.
Her fee
It goes to her in person, in the first minute she is in the room. The figure is the one in your confirmation, no service charge exists, and nobody is waiting for a tip.
Only the full name on the reservation, matched once in writing against the hotel and the room number. Nothing is kept once the evening is over.
