Privacy: what is held, and for how long
The most private arrangement is the one with the least written down, so this desk holds as little as it can and discards it as soon as an evening is over.
This page says what that means in practice rather than in the language of a policy document.
What the desk is told
Four things to make a booking: the hour, the length, the building and either a name or a description of the evening. Then one check before she sets off, the full name the booking is held in, the hotel and the room number, or the street, block and floor for a private address.
That is the whole of it. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is needed.
What is never asked for
Your home address, your employer, your date of birth, or documents of any kind. None of it has any bearing on which door she knocks at or at what minute, so the desk has no reason to request it.
Nothing about you is placed in a web address either, so no link on this site carries a detail about you inside it.
How long anything is held
The message thread is the record, and it is deleted once the evening has happened and any question about it has been settled, generally within a few days. Nothing is copied into a database, a spreadsheet or a customer list, because none of those exist here.
A short anonymous note of the hour and the district survives for planning, so the desk knows which postcodes fill on which nights. It carries no name and leads back to nobody.
Who sees what
The companion is given the building, the room and the hour, and nothing else. She is not told anything you said about yourself in the thread beyond what she needs in order to arrive at the right door at the right minute.
Nothing is shared with any other company, ever. No advertising network, no listing site, no data broker. There is nothing here that anybody could buy.
How to reach the desk
Messages arrive on WhatsApp or Telegram, whichever suits you; both are offered everywhere contact appears on this site. Both are encrypted between your phone and the desk. Neither is perfect, and the sensible precaution remains the ordinary one: say only as much as the booking needs.
If you want a thread deleted sooner, ask, and it is done immediately at both ends.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may ask what is held, have it put right, and have it deleted. Given how little exists here, an erasure request is usually a matter of deleting a thread, and it is acted on the same day.
Ask, and you will be told exactly what exists, in plain terms, and nobody will ask you to justify the question.
