Toned and athletic: five women, and what the training is actually for
Five women hold this page and the word is earned rather than applied. Tina runs and boxes. Laura runs along the river most mornings. Sonya and Nora swim and climb respectively, and Angelika plays tennis seriously enough to follow it as a sport rather than as a hobby.
The practical consequence is not a shape. It is that these five are the earliest risers on the list, the most honest about a long booking, and the most likely to suggest an evening that involves getting somewhere on foot.

Angelika is 172 cm, 24, long straight black hair and brown eyes, Mayfair based, and reaches most W1 doors inside forty minutes. Laura is 169 cm, 25, long sun-kissed light brown and green eyed, twenty minutes in from Paddington. Nora is 166 cm, 26, honey blonde and hazel eyed, twenty five across from Paddington.
Sonya is 162 cm, 32, straight dark brown and hazel eyed, twenty minutes in from Knightsbridge, and she books her own car and gives the desk the time it is due. Tina is 158 cm, 26, espresso brown and brown eyed, a Covent Garden resident and the fastest arrival in WC2.
Early evenings, and why they suit this page
Four of the five prefer a start before eight. Laura wants half past six, because Westminster is at its best in the hour after everybody has gone home, and an early recital there is over by nine and leaves the night with room in it rather than spent. Nora builds an evening around whatever is open and odd that week and sends you the times herself.
Holborn is Nora's own district and the fastest door in the eastern half of the zone, a minute from two lines, with the Kingsway hotels five to eight minutes on foot from most of the good tables. Tina is the exception to the early rule: she walks at midnight and takes bookings at very short notice.
Conversation, which is the real reason
Sonya is the best conversation on this list by some margin, and a long dinner is where it shows. Angelika asks the sort of question that makes you explain your own work properly for once, and leaves a silence alone rather than filling it. Laura will change the subject away from your day about ten minutes in, and the evening improves immediately for it.
Nora is the most curious company in WC1 and studies how a building is put together before she studies anybody inside it. Tina is the smallest woman here and the one with the most stamina, which across a four hour booking turns out to be a genuine advantage.
